Participants will be attired in historical costumes and explain the history of our flags. For questions about the flag retirement ceremony\, please email Barry Winn (bwinn@bellsouth.net) \n\n\n\nFollowing the ceremony\, the celebration continues at Pelham City Park with Together Under One Flag from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The family-friendly event will feature live music from Alabama-based acoustic group Act of Congress\, known for their rich harmonies and dynamic blend of mandolin\, violin\, guitar\, and bass.
