American Legion Post 57 US Flag Retirement Ceremony

On June 13 from 1100-1200 American Legion Post 57 will have coloring available for small kids; an essay contest (subject to be determined) for kids in 4th through 8th grade and 9th through 12th grade (prizes will be awarded to top three); we will also conduct a short class on US Flag protocols/etiquette.
We will start the formal portion of the Flag Retirement Ceremony at 1300 (1:00 pm) to recognize the original 13 colonies.
We ask all to carpool as much as possible as parking will be limited. There will be a reception upon completion of the formal ceremony.
