America Gives

The largest-ever national service initiative in American history.

As we approach the 250th Anniversary of the United States, we hope to build on America’s legacy of giving back by reinvigorating a year-round culture of service through our latest programming effort: America Gives.

America Gives will be a year-round program anchored to the two federally recognized days of service, September 11 and MLK Jr. Day in January, with the goal of 2026 being the largest-ever year of service in history.

Rooted in America’s rich history of service and focused on three key pillars:

• Charitable Giving

• Volunteerism

• Public Service, including Military Service
